Archive instead of delete, and one card per file

Archive files, Skills, and Routines with an Undo, restore them any time, and keep every version of a file on one card.

Nothing you make has to disappear by accident anymore. Archive puts a file, Skill, or Routine out of the way, Undo brings it straight back, and anything archived can be restored later.

Improvements

  • Archive replaces Delete in the menu for files, Skills, and Routines, with a few seconds to Undo.
  • Find everything you archived in the Library’s Archived tab or in Settings, and restore it with one click.
  • Ask for a change to a deck, Word document, or PDF your AI teammate made, and the update lands as the next version of the same file instead of a new card.
  • Cards made from the same file stack into one card with a version badge.

Fixes

  • Correcting one fact in Memory replaces it instead of keeping both.
  • Changing where a Routine delivers adds the new place instead of replacing the old one.
  • A finished result stays in the bell until you read it.
